One Coat Wood Oil

Koate’s One Coat Wood Oil Duo is a revolutionary two-component, single-layer hardwax oil designed for protecting and enhancing interior wood, Valchromat, and MDF surfaces with just one coat. Made from a unique blend of natural oils and hard waxes, without any harmful solvents, it offers an eco-friendly finish that preserves the natural look and feel of the wood.

The oil’s advanced bonding technology ensures a smooth, uniform color application across almost any wood type, eliminating any visible overlap marks. This makes it ideal for various wood types commonly used in interior design, providing durability and elegance in one.

Unlike most 2-component oils that harden quickly, Koate’s One Coat Wood Oil allows for a slower curing process, even after mixing its two components (Parts A and B), making the product usable for days or even weeks. This ensures a superior, well-finished application without the pressure of time.

It’s compatible with Koate’s Colour Base, Creative Base, and Koate’s Wood Varnish 2C, providing customizable finishes that also stand up to heavy foot traffic.

For smaller projects or testing, 20ml and 100ml sample bottles of One Coat Wood Oil (Part A) are available without the accelerator (Part B). The standalone Part A can be used on its own without compromising the final finish, though Part B is available separately if faster drying is required.
