After sanding and finishing thousands of floors, one thing became obvious, most damage to timber floors happens during cleaning. Wrong products leave residue, strip finishes, or slowly dull the look of the floor. That’s why I made Green Clean. It’s a simple, professional maintenance cleaner that keeps floors clean without interfering with the finish you’ve worked hard to achieve.

Green Clean is a pH-neutral wood floor cleaner designed for regular use on lacquered and hardwax-oiled timber floors. It lifts everyday dirt and grime without leaving streaks, stickiness, or build-up. No gloss enhancers, no heavy soaps, no nonsense. Just a proper maintenance cleaner that does the job.

This listing includes two options. A ready-to-use 5L cleaner for simple maintenance mopping, and a stronger 2L Green Clean Pro concentrate for customers who want long-term value and more cleans per bottle. Both are safe for routine domestic cleaning and suitable for sealed wood floors, engineered wood, laminate and LVT.

I needed a cleaner I could recommend after finishing a floor without worrying it would damage the work. Something neutral, low residue and consistent. This is what I use myself and what I tell customers to use once their floors are finished.

The 5L version is ready to use. Simply pour into a mop bucket or spray mop and clean. Ideal for customers who want a straightforward maintenance cleaner with no mixing required.

The 2L Green Clean Pro concentrate is the long-lasting option. A small amount goes a long way. One bottle makes up to around 100 spray mop refills depending on strength and will last most households months of regular cleaning.

How to use the 2L concentrate:

For a spray mop, add a small splash, roughly one sixth of a cap, to the tank and top up with water.

Using more product will not clean better and may leave residue. Stick to the dilution for best results.
