Because it’s dust from the actual floor, the colour match takes care of itself to a degree. Your final few passes with the machine will then take any excess clean off, leaving a flush finish ready for your coats. Keep topping the mix up every 5 mins for ease of use and better flow when filling the floor. An 80 pass should remove it. Then onto your final 120 sand. If the mix has been put on thick it may need more sanding. If you see any cracks whilst sanding off just top them up as you go.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWorth knowing... this isn’t suitable where gaps fall through to a void beneath the boards.
